invisible html body text

Hi,

I've created a site that by its nature doesn't have much text and therefore not much place for keyword rich text.

Is it possible to write text in the html and then have it invisible so that search engine spiders will pick up the text but it won't be displayed on the page?

Thanks,

Rischen

but if its not displayed on the page why would the search engines want to pick it up? If this could be done then poeple could be constantly abusing it by putting it fake/nonrelated keywords.

So sorry but I dont think it can be done

or you could put loads of little images 1x1 pixels and give them keyword rich names and alt tags

yes but google for example is a very intelligent search engine.... its bot has been promgrammed to pick these sort of things up and to punish your ranking for it
