Web Server Down

My webhost has been down for 3-4 days now (supposedly due to a hurricane). My site is still a PR 0 (since it was just launched in August and Google hasn't done a PR update for who knows how long) but I have been exchanging links, etc.

Would the downtime hurt my PR rating in the next update?

Wouldn't know, but maybe you will miss the PR update...
Have a nasty word with your host...
Find out exactly where they are based (without asking them - try a WHOIS) to see if it's likely the were hit by a hurricane or not...

I doubt that the site being down for 3-4 days will 'damage' your PR but like cbg said you might miss the update.

If they're not up by next Monday, I'll be switching - it doesn't pay to get a cheap host I bame myself.

Well the Southern to Mid Atlanctic coast of N. America has been hit by a few hurricanes in the last month or so.
