After reading martians post I started to get wondering what the value of this domain AND site is...

Heres basically what its got:

> vBulletin forum
> PHP/Database powered custom CMS for site
> Administration panel for content addition
> .com domain name
> 500+ faily uniques (was over the 1000 mark at one stage but i stopped promoting it for a while).

So what do you think? If I was to seel it straight off as it is...

Over the next few months I want to try to work more on this site and get its PageRank and traffic up. This site used to have a PageRank of 5 but sadly it dropped to 4.
