Strange Whois Info (Kaziaz.com)

I had been recieveing emails saying my domain was gonna expire but because I bought it on a forum with the points I tried to go there to renew it, but they don't seem to do that anymore, so I just thought I would wait till it expired and buy it again at domainsite.
Just now I thought "It must have expired by now" so went to buy it...
But domainsite said it wasnt available.
I did a whois seach and saw this:

Record last updated on 14-May-2005.
Record expires on 13-May-2005.
Record created on 13-May-2004.

So I don't actually own it as of yesterday (its the 14th of may, 5:30PM GMT right now)...
Yet somehow I (or the registrar) edited it today even though It should have expired yesterday.

How crazy is that???
The domain is acting as if it has expired... Go to www.kaziaz.com and it won't load... But I can't buy it and the whois is puzzling me!

Any ideas?
Anyone seen anything like this before?

Was it registered with webmasterforum.com?

If yes then their domain control panel is still accesible. Let me know and ill get you the url for it.

hey cbg, even after the domain name expires, i believe there's a period of 45 or 60 days in which only the previous owner can renew... after which it's open to everyone...

Awww. So I can only buy it again (ie renew it) from the place I bought it from previously?

That sucks.... I forgot the password...

or you can wait until the 'cooling off' period expires and then buy it through another registrar

I do have backups, but how can anyone see them if the domain has expired?

I don't have the time or whatever to upload them all to a new domain, if I had a decent domain... lol

If you forgot the password to you domain control panel try emailing them...

If you cant access it then you will have to wait a few months. This period I think is called the redemption period. It means that the domain has been disabled however hasnt yet been deleted from the registries...

for example... gamingbedlam.com is in redemption now
