I don't usually get scripts... but www.scripts.com is just as good if not better than hotscripts imho.

Definatly self coded unless its sommat really complex and i cant b arsed learning any thing new

i code most of the titbits myself. however, for engines, i get them from the open source sites - e.g. wordpress for blogs, coppermine for galleries, etc.
