getting members to a new site is always hard and I found that advertising doesnt seem to work too good.
It just takes time and promoting the forum/site whenever you can

Online Games - This can attract loads of people since it is in extreme demand especially by younger people. I would suggest creating your own flash games or if not, use other peoples by firstly asking their perm…
You can now have up to 3 ads on a single page....This helps us because you can then put ads in more than one place meaning more potential clickers...for example if you had a long page you could put one ad at the top and one at the bottom :)
