ok well basically usergroups are just little groups which people can join. then an email can be sent out to all of the members of only that group instead of the whole forum.
also im trying to code it so that some usergroups have got more privelages…

yeah. very true. but there are some sites out there who are being hosted on freehosts which do actually get a fair bit of traffic. theres not many but they probably get their traffic from links from other sites instead of search engines.

ye i was subscribed to this webmaster news thing a little while ago(until the spammed me) and in a newsletter it said that yahoo was now independant or something like that.
