:D Absolutely. What are your costs. As in, what is your time worth/hour and how much of your own time do you spend on your site? I'd say most of us are worth at least $20/hour if we spent our time working elsewhere.

That's a great idea. Put a Google or Yahoo RSS excercise/fitness news feed there. With either Goolge or Yahoo, you can target the news feeds for key words.
